Curriculum Development – our intent is to offer a curriculum that:

  • is broad and balanced, promotes the spiritual, social, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of our pupils
  • prepares pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life
  • introduces pupils to the best that has been thought and said; and helps engender an appreciation of human creativity and achievement  (National Curriculum 2014)

 Our Vision is that all our pupils will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, life-long learners and this will be achieved through the strategic aim of having a curriculum that is aspirational and ambitious.
