Kajia Wei

Kajia Wei
Parent Governor
Health and Safety lead
I joined as a Parent governor soon after daughter started in the Reception of Long Furlong school in late 2024. I have an interest in children’s education and want to contribute towards building a thriving local community.
I have a background in Mathematics and Computer Science and have been working as a software engineer for over 15 years of across various industries including cybersecurity.
I used to have quite a few hobbies, but between parenting and having a full-time job, there’s not much time left for hobbies these days. The only one that I still do a fair bit is reading, and that’s morphed into reading mostly children’s books to my daughter!
